“Ravekjavik” held from 18:30 on 27.06.2026 until 06:00 on 28.06.2026, within the designated area at ul. Niciarniana 50/52 in Łódź

§ 1

• These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) have been issued pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on Mass Event Safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 616) – hereinafter referred to as the “Act” – and pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code.

• The Regulations are issued by the event organizer: STOWARZYSZENIE RVVK, ul. Strykowska 131, 91-527 Łódź – hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

• The mass event under the name “Ravekjavik” will take place from 27.06.2026 to 28.06.2026 within a designated area at ul. Niciarniana 50/52 in Łódź.

• The Regulations are addressed to all persons who will be present within the event area for the duration of the Event. Every person present within this area during the Event is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

• The purpose of the Regulations is to ensure the safety of the Event by defining the rules of conduct for persons present at the Event and their use of the area where the Event is being held, as well as the facilities and equipment located therein.

• The following terms used in the Regulations shall have the following meanings:

  –  “Order and Information Services” – means the employees of a security and property protection agency employed by the Organizer to ensure the safety of persons participating in the Event. Members of the Order and Information Services wear ID badges in a visible place containing: the name and an identification number;

  – “Event Venue” – means the designated and marked area;

  – “Event Participant” – means a person participating in the Event.

§ 2

1. Admission to the Event Venue is granted upon presenting a valid ticket or an ID badge issued by the Organizer.

2. Upon first entering the Event Venue, all participants will receive a wristband upon presenting their ticket. The participant is obliged to wear the wristband on their wrist within the event area in a manner that allows rapid identification. The wristband may only be used by one person, and transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited. Any damage, tearing, loss, or theft of the wristband will render it invalid. Such an incident must be reported to the order or information services. Obtaining a replacement wristband is possible upon returning the damaged or torn wristband or presenting proof of purchase.

3. A separate group of event participants consists of the Organizer’s staff, technical crew, performing artists, media representatives, etc. Admission for these event participants is granted based on an issued ID Badge. Upon first entering the Event Venue, they will receive a wristband.

4. The design of the ID badge is determined by the Organizer. The participant referred to in point 3 is obliged to wear the ID badge within the event area in a manner that allows rapid identification. The ID badge may only be used by one person, and transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited.

5. It is prohibited to bring into and possess during the Event:

   – weapons or other dangerous objects,
   – explosives,
   – pyrotechnic products,
   – flammable materials,
   – alcoholic beverages,
   – narcotics or psychotropic substances.

6. Furthermore, it is prohibited to bring bicycles, dogs, and other animals into the Event Venue, as well as to conduct any commercial or other profitable activity within the Event Venue without the Organizer’s authorization.

7. The Event Organizer shall refuse entry to or continued presence at the Event to persons who:
   a) are under the visible influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other substances with a similar effect,
   b) possess weapons or other dangerous objects, materials, products, beverages, agents, or substances,
   c) behave aggressively, provocatively, or in any other way that poses a threat to the safety or order of the Event.

8. Event Participants and all other persons present within the Event Venue are obliged to comply with the instructions of the Order Services, including the safety manager. Refusal to comply with these instructions may only be justified if they conflict with generally applicable laws.

9. Minors participate in the Event under the sole responsibility of their legal guardians or caregivers.

§ 3

1. The Organizer ensures the safety of persons present at the Event and maintains order during the Event, among others, by:
   a) order services and information services distinguished by distinct elements of clothing,
   b) appointing a safety manager to direct the Order Services and organize the work of the Order Services,
   c) providing medical assistance and hygienic-sanitary facilities.
   

    

2. The Organizer shall not be held liable for the safety of persons outside the designated Event Venue.

3. To the extent specified by the Act and its implementing regulations, the Organizer is entitled to record the Event, and in particular the conduct of persons, using image and sound recording devices.

4. The Organizer also records the course of the Event for documentation, promotional, or advertising purposes. The image of persons present within the Event Venue may be recorded and subsequently disseminated for documentation, reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes.

5. The Organizer designates the following sub-zones of the Event:
   – technical and staff facilities,
   – catering area,
   – audience area,
   – permanent security posts,
   – Stage and backstage area, intended exclusively for authorized persons and inaccessible to event participants.

6. The Organizer ensures fire protection by ensuring that:
   a) service staff, Order and Information Services, and the Organizer must know the location of portable fire-fighting equipment and hydrants, as well as the procedures to follow in the event of a fire,
   b) Order and Information Services must be trained in the principles of conducting an evacuation, the method of alerting the fire department, the rules for using portable fire-fighting equipment, and providing first medical aid.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to determine and make changes to the course of the Event for justified reasons, e.g., cancellation of arrival by an artist, “Force Majeure”, etc., as well as the right to change the schedule in terms of artistic and timing aspects without prior consultation and compensation.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notice.

§ 4

1. The Order and Information Services, possessing identification badges displayed in a visible place, are authorized in accordance with the provisions of the Act to:
   

   a) checking the eligibility of persons to be present at the Event,

   b) checking identity documents of persons to establish their identity,

   c) inspecting the contents of luggage and clothing of persons in the event of suspicion that they are bringing in or possessing dangerous objects,

   d) issuing order instructions to persons disrupting public order or behaving in a manner inconsistent with the mass event regulations, and in the event of non-compliance with such instructions – ordering them to leave the Event,

   d) detaining, for the purpose of immediate transfer to the Police, persons posing an immediate threat to human life or health, as well as protected property. The order and information services possess the authorities in accordance with Article 20(2) of the Act on Mass Event Safety.

2. The order services may issue their own safety and fire protection instructions in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

§ 5

1. Any complaints may be submitted in writing no later than 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the Event to the following correspondence address of the Organizer: STOWARZYSZENIE RVVK, ul. Strykowska 131, 91-527 Łódź.

2. The Organizer shall review complaints within 21 days from the date of their delivery to the Organizer by registered mail. The person submitting the complaint must possess proof of mailing of the registered letter.
   
   

§ 6

1. These Regulations are available:
   – on information boards at every entrance to the event area,
   – at the information point within the venue.
2. Correspondence to the Organizer shall be sent in writing by registered mail.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Act and the Civil Code shall apply.

§ 7

Pursuant to Articles 54 – 60 of the Act on Mass Event Safety, the following persons shall be subject to penalty:

1. Anyone who fails to comply with a lawful or order instruction issued pursuant to the Act by order services or information services, shall be subject to a fine of not less than PLN 2,000 and the penalty of deprivation of liberty.

2. The same penalty shall apply to anyone who, for the duration of a mass event, is present in a place not designated for the audience.

3. Anyone who fails to comply with an instruction issued by the Police or the Military Gendarmerie, at the place and for the duration of a mass event, shall be subject to a fine of not less than PLN 2,000 or the penalty of restriction of liberty.

4. Anyone who brings into or possesses alcoholic beverages at a mass event, shall be subject to the penalty of restriction of liberty or a fine of not less than PLN 2,000.

5. Anyone who, being obliged to do so, fails to provide information regarding the safety of a mass event or provides false information in this regard, shall be subject to the penalty of restriction of liberty or a fine of not less than PLN 2,000.

6. Anyone who brings into or possesses at a mass event weapons within the meaning of the Act of 21 May 1999 on Weapons and Ammunition (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2516), pyrotechnic products, flammable materials, or other dangerous objects or explosives, shall be subject to a fine of not less than 180 daily rates, the penalty of restriction of liberty, or deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 months to 5 years.

7. Anyone who, for the duration of a mass event, throws an object that may pose a threat to the life, health, or safety of persons present within the area or facility where the mass event is being held, or disrupts the course of this event in another, equally dangerous manner, shall be subject to a fine of not less than 120 daily rates, the penalty of restriction of liberty, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years.

Proceedings in cases concerning the offenses specified above shall be conducted on the basis of the provisions on accelerated proceedings.
